Product Service
Please carefully review the common questions and troubleshooting support located on the support page for each product model. If your issue is not addressed, please send us your questions, and we will respond to you directly.
If your product is in need of service, please complete a product service form. If you believe service should be provided under warranty, a copy of your original receipt must be included with any returned product.
Customers in the USA:
Submit the product service form directly (on-line) to Argus Analyzers. An RMA number and return instructions will be provided if appropriate. Any product returned to Argus without and RMA number may be disposed of.
Customers in all other countries:
Return your product to the place of purchase. Include a completed product service form (printed from this web site), and a copy of your original receipt if you expect service to be covered under the Argus warranty.
